Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Operations Manager located in Jhajjar. The Plant Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing plant to ensure smooth and efficient production processes. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, supervising plant staff, optimizing equipment usage, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, overseeing maintenance activities, and developing strategies to enhance operational performance. Collaboration with various departments for continuous improvement and cost management will also be integral to this role.
