Position Overview

As the Senior Manager of HR, you will play a critical role in developing and executing human resources strategies that align with our business goals and foster a positive and productive work environment. Your responsibilities will span across various HR domains, from recruitment and talent management to employee relations and organizational development.

Role & responsibilities

• Strategic HR Planning:
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote a harmonious work culture and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
• Develop creative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the industry, both locally and internationally.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.
• Performance Management:
• Design and implement performance appraisal systems to measure individual and team performance.
• Provide guidance to managers on performance-related matters, including goal-setting and career development.
• Collaborate with managers to address performance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Learning and Development:
• Identify training and development needs across the organization.
• Coordinate and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Support the growth of leadership capabilities through targeted leadership development initiatives.
• Employee Relations:
• Act as a point of contact for employees to address concerns, grievances, and conflicts.
• Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and resolving issues effectively.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and stay informed about industry best practices.
• Organizational Development:
• Collaborate with leadership to drive initiatives related to organizational change and development.
• Lead efforts to build a diverse and inclusive workplace that values different perspectives and backgrounds.
• Compensation and Benefits:
• Oversee the administration of compensation, benefits, and rewards programs.
• Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive in the industry.
