Plant Finance Controller | CA | Manufacturing | IPO Ahead (Greater Noida)

Location : Greater Noida

Exp - 2 years to 6 years

Experience

• Hands-on experience in factory/plant finance operations
• Exposure to costing, inventory, MIS, and statutory compliances
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee plant-level finance and accounts operations
• Prepare and monitor monthly MIS, variance analysis, and cost reports
• Handle product costing, BOM analysis, and cost control initiatives
• Monitor inventory valuation, stock reconciliation, and WIP
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost reduction projects
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory requirements
• Coordinate with plant operations, production, and supply chain teams
• Assist in internal and external audits
• Monitor capex tracking and fixed asset accounting
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and SOPs
