Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Call distributors to introduce company products

Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities

Maintain strong relationships with clients

Follow up on inquiries and ensure order closures

Maintain daily call reports and database

Coordinate with the sales team for order processing

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a pharma company (calling/sales role)

Good communication and convincing skills

Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products

Ability to handle objections and close deals

Comfortable with calling targets and follow-ups

Preferred Skills

Experience in distributor handling

Strong negotiation skills

Familiarity with Marg CRM or Excel

Experience Required

At least 1 year in Pharma sales (mandatory)
