Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media platforms, and SEO activities to improve brand visibility, generate quality leads, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Manage advertising budgets and improve campaign performance, leads, conversions, and ROI.
• Handle social media accounts, content calendars, post scheduling, and audience engagement.
• Implement SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and organic traffic growth.
• Monitor campaign performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools.
• Prepare performance reports and implement data-driven improvements.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in digital and performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media management, and SEO.
• Knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical, communication, and content planning skills
