Performance Marketing Role

Role Purpose

The Performance Marketing Role - Meta Ads / Google Ads will be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across Meta and Google platforms (Search, Display, YouTube and Shopping). The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of digital marketing funnels, and hands-on experience in driving measurable ROI through paid media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta / Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Google Shopping.
• Plan and execute campaigns aligned with business goals - customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS and conversion rates to maximize ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad creative, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve performance.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure effective ad messaging and visual consistency.
• Analyze campaign performance reports, derive insights, and make data-driven optimizations.
• Stay updated on new features, algorithm changes, and best practices in Meta Ads/ Google Ads and analytics tools.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to align campaigns with seasonal collections, promotions and marketing objectives.

Experience

• Experience : 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ad campaigns with proven ROI results.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, attribution models and conversion tracking.
• Experience working with Meta Analytics, Meta Tag Manager and Data Studio.
