About Our Client

Its a global EdTech Company. The company runs two brands, each with its own website and ad accounts, and launches several new courses every year. Paid media is its largest source of new students, and this role is responsible for generating leads that convert to students.

Job Description

• Own Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Manage and optimize significant monthly media budgets
• Drive lead generation at scale
• Improve CPL and overall lead volumes
• Experiment with additional paid acquisition channels such as:
• ◦ TikTok
• ◦ Reddit
• Own campaign tracking and measurement
• Understand CRM-driven attribution and downstream funnel performance
• Rapidly launch and iterate campaigns/ad sets
• Develop new strategies for scaling acquisition rather than merely executing existing campaigns
• Use AI tools to improve operational efficiency and free up time for higher-value strategic work

The Successful Applicant

6-10 years in performance/digital marketing.

Target candidates should have

• Strong lead-generation experience
• Experience scaling businesses and acquisition engines
• Hands-on expertise across Google + Meta
• Exposure to other channels such as TikTok and Reddit
• Strong tracking, measurement and attribution capabilities
• Working knowledge of CRM systems
• Ability to think strategically about increasing lead volumes
• High execution speed and ownership
• Good understanding of AI tools and willingness to actively adopt AI
• Ideally experience marketing to European markets
