Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and scale campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) as primary acquisition channels
• Manage agency relationships and media budgets
• Drive performance marketing analytics using Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Firebase, Mixpanel
• Run A/B testing on creatives, landing pages & audiences
• Build remarketing and customer lifecycle/CRM campaigns
• Collaborate with product, growth, and tech teams on

funnel optimization

Requirements

• 3–5 years in Paid Media / Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing
• Experience in Fintech, Stock Broking, BFSI, or Startups
• Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Attribution Tools (AppsFlyer/Adjust)
• Strong data-driven and analytical mindset
• Google Ads / Meta Certification preferred
