Performance Marketing Intern

Require a creative, analytical, and result-oriented Performance Marketing Intern to support our digital marketing initiatives for our confectionery brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels.
• Drive online sales, leads, traffic and customer acquisition while maintaining efficient CAC/ROAS.
• Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and relevant e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, conversions and ROI.
• Conduct audience research, keyword research, A/B testing and campaign optimization.
• Coordinate with creative/content teams for high-performing ad creatives and copies.
• Track sales, conversion funnels and customer behaviour using analytics tools.
• Prepare regular performance reports and identify opportunities for growth.
• Stay updated with digital advertising trends, platform changes and FMCG e-commerce trends.

Requirements & Skills

• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Understanding of digital marketing, paid advertising, and social media platforms.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

Duration: 6 months with the possibility of a full-time employment opportunity based on performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
