We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Expert who knows how to turn clicks into conversions and ad budgets into measurable business growth.

What You’ll Do

Plan, manage, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketplace advertising platforms.

Drive conversions, improve ROAS, and scale high-performing campaigns.

Monitor campaign metrics, run A/B tests, and identify current growth opportunities.

Manage ad budgets and make data-backed decisions to improve performance.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.

Solid expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketplace ads like Amazon and Flipkart.

A data-driven mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and a focus on results.

We need someone who doesn't just run campaigns but knows how to make every rupee count.
