Performance Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. The candidate should be comfortable with day-to-day campaign execution, optimization, reporting, research, and basic tracking. The role will involve working on both Ecommerce/DTC and B2B lead generation campaigns for Indian and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Perform daily account hygiene and performance checks.
• Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research.
• Monitor campaign budgets and performance.
• Execute creative, audience, keyword, and campaign tests.
• Analyse metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, and CVR.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and suggest optimizations.
• Perform basic landing page and funnel analysis.
• Identify and troubleshoot conversion tracking issues.
• Support media planning and campaign scaling under senior guidance.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Ability to independently set up and manage standard campaigns.
• Good understanding of campaign optimization and performance metrics.
• Basic knowledge of conversion tracking and attribution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good working knowledge of Google Sheets.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Ecommerce/DTC and lead generation campaigns.
• Understanding of Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Meta prospecting/remarketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with Shopify and Merchant Center.
• Experience working on Indian or international client accounts.
