Performance Marketing Executive 2–3 Years We’re looking for someone who has hands-on experience in performance marketing, especially for D2C and e-commerce brands. What we’re looking for: Robust experience with Meta (Facebook) & Google Ads Hands-on experience managing D2C brands Experience running e-commerce campaigns independently Proven ability to generate leads/sales through paid marketing Campaign optimization, tracking & performance analysis Amazon & Flipkart Ads experience will be an added advantage We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just run campaigns, but understands numbers, conversions and business growth.
