Performance Marketer

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to generate quality leads, drive conversions, and maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms. Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates. Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and marketing ROI. Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and competitor analysis. Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, pixels, and conversion tracking tools. Collaborate with the creative and sales teams to achieve business targets. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in performance marketing. Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making. Knowledge of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and reporting tools.
