Job Description & Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Demand Generation
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and Display Networks.
- Manage and scale monthly marketing budgets from ₹10 Lakhs to ₹1 Crore+.
- Drive qualified leads, demo bookings, free trial signups, and revenue opportunities.
- Develop and execute full-funnel demand generation campaigns across multiple geographies.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Build and execute ABM campaigns targeting enterprise and mid-market accounts.
- Create audience segments based on industry, company size, intent signals, and buying stages.
- Work closely with sales teams to align target account strategies.
Marketing Automation & Lead Nurturing
- Design and implement automated lead nurturing workflows.
- Manage integrations between CRM, marketing automation, and advertising platforms.
- Develop lead scoring models and lifecycle marketing programs.
- Optimize lead handoff processes between marketing and sales.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Improve landing page conversion rates and user journeys.
- Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, forms, and CTAs.
- Analyze funnel performance and identify drop-off points.
- Increase visitor-to-lead and lead-to-customer conversion rates.
Analytics & Revenue Attribution
- Build dashboards and reports using GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, and CRM platforms.
- Track and report on CPL, CAC, ROAS, Pipeline Contribution, and Revenue Attribution.
- Implement multi-touch attribution models.
- Provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance and marketing ROI.
Growth & Innovation
- Identify new acquisition channels and growth opportunities.
- Test emerging platforms, AI tools, and audience targeting strategies.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to improve go-to-market performance.
Requirements
- 4–10 years of experience in Performance Marketing and Demand Generation.
- Proven experience managing B2B SaaS or Technology marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Looker Studio.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Experience managing high-value marketing budgets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in AI, SaaS, MarTech, SalesTech, CRM, or Lead Generation platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo.
- Knowledge of ABM platforms such as Demandbase, 6sense, or ZoomInfo.
- Experience with website visitor intelligence and intent data platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and automation technologies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Generate 600+ Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) per month.
- Achieve target Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Deliver 175+ qualified demo bookings per month.
- Generate ₹50 Lakhs+ marketing-influenced pipeline monthly.
- Maintain ROAS of 4X or higher.
- Improve landing page conversion rates above industry benchmarks.
- Increase marketing contribution to revenue and ARR growth.
