What You’ll Do

Campaign Ownership & Performance (20%)

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and YouTube Ads
• Optimize for CPI, CPP, retention, and ROAS
• Run A/B tests across creatives, targeting, and messaging
• Turn data into insights and scale winning campaigns
• Stay updated with platform trends and ad formats

Creative Strategy & Hindi Content (80%)

• Write high-converting Hindi scripts for YouTube and Instagram Ads
• Create multiple hooks, angles, and concepts for testing
• Collaborate on Reels, Shorts, and video ads
• Use data to iterate creatives quickly
• Leverage regional trends and audience behavior
• Scale winning creatives through variations

What We’re Looking For

• 1 – 4 years in performance marketing / growth
• Experience with Meta Ads and/or YouTube Ads
• Strong analytical thinking + decision-making
• Excellent Hindi writing and storytelling
• Clear understanding of what makes ads convert
• Experience with A/B testing and iteration
• Ownership and ability to move fast

Bonus Points

• Experience in mobile app growth or D2C
• Familiarity with Reels, Shorts, UGC ads
• Basic understanding of editing/design workflows
• Experience combining data + creative strategy
