Pega Developer(KYC/CLM Experience)

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 7-10 years of experience in Pega development with at least 2 years in a lead developer role.

· Strong hands-on experience with Pega CLM/KYC frameworks, data models, and out-of-the-box rules.

· Proven experience in developing Pega applications from scratch on Pega Infinity (v8.7 or above).

· Expertise in Theme Cosmos, UI Kit, and Cosmos React with a clear understanding of SPA behavior and DX APIs.

· Pega certifications such as Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) or CSSA are highly preferred.

· Experience with DevOps practices, unit testing (e.g., PegaUnit), and CI/CD pipelines in Pega is an added advantage.

· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.

· Prior experience in mentoring and leading small to mid-sized development teams.
