Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect)

We are seeking an experienced Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) to design and implement scalable Pega-based solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on development experience, a deep understanding of Pega frameworks, and the ability to work in Agile delivery environments.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Pega applications and solutions
• Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance
• Configure and customize Pega workflows, case management, integrations, and UI
• Develop and maintain rules, flows, activities, decision tables, and data transforms
• Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST/SOAP services
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Pega best practices and guardrails
• Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize application efficiency
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into
• technical solutions
• Support deployment activities and production issue resolution

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Pega CSSA Certification (mandatory)
• Strong hands-on experience in Pega PRPC development
• Experience in Case Management, Data Modeling, and Integration
• Knowledge of Pega Guardrails and performance tuning
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
