Part Time SEO Specialist (India)

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time SEO & Content Specialist to manage and optimize our web presence. If you have a solid foundation in SEO, love organizing and updating content, and know your way around WordPress, this role offers an ideal balance of practical experience, mentorship, and growth opportunities.

This is a remote/flexible part-time position requiring a minimum of 4 hours daily.

Key Responsibilities

• WordPress Management: Create, upload, format, and edit blog posts and landing pages directly within WordPress.
• On-Page SEO Optimization: Perform keyword research, optimize meta titles, meta descriptions, image alt tags, headers ($H_1, H_2, H_3$), and internal link structures.
• Content Management: Structure and schedule content updates, maintaining quality standards and visual formatting.
• SEO Auditing & • Reporting:

Identify basic technical or content issues (broken links, missing tags, site speed issues) and track keyword rankings and organic traffic metrics.

• Off-Page & • Technical Support:

Assist with basic backlink outreach, Google Search Console indexing, and XML sitemaps.

Requirements & • Skills

• WordPress Proficiency (Mandatory): Hands-on experience navigating the WordPress dashboard, Gutenberg/Elementor editors, and SEO plugins (such as Yoast SEO or Rank Math).
• SEO Knowledge: Understanding of fundamental on-page and technical SEO concepts.
• Content Management: Excellent eye for formatting, proofreading, and structuring content for readability and Search Engine compliance.
• Time Commitment: Availability to dedicate at least 4 hours per day (Monday to Friday).
• Self-Motivated: Strong communication skills and ability to meet daily content deadlines independently.

Compensation & • Growth Path

• Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹7,000 per month during the probation period.
• Probation Period: 2 to 3 Months (performance-based).
