About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are already working full-time and are looking for a flexible evening role in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and engage candidates through various job portals and social platforms.
• Maintain candidate data and reports using MS Excel and MS Word.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Meta AI, etc.) to optimize recruitment tasks.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants and clients.
• Ensure smooth recruitment and onboarding processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter.
• Strong knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing strategies.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Familiarity with AI tools for productivity and recruitment tasks.
• Personal laptop and reliable internet connection.
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
