Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for Paid Assistants and Article Assistants at M/s Harish Kara & Associates. The role involves assisting in audits, financial statement preparation, accounting, taxation, and additional assignments as instructed. The candidate will collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with regulations and adherence to deadlines while gaining hands-on experience in handling professional client matters.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Bookkeeping
• Audit procedures, including Internal and Statutory Audits
• Understanding of Taxation, including GST and Income Tax
• Ability to work within deadlines, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills
• Good communication, time management, and teamwork capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tally, and accounting software
• Education background in Commerce or Accounting is advantageous
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but not mandatory
