Owner

Role Description The Owner role at CloudMates is a full-time, on-site position based in Udaipur, responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, operational execution, and growth of the studio. On a day-to-day basis, the Owner will lead product and solution planning across Cloud and AI initiatives, guide technical teams, and ensure delivery quality for platforms such as optimization tools, automation solutions, and AI-driven applications. This role involves managing client relationships, shaping service offerings, and aligning projects with business objectives and market opportunities. The Owner will oversee budgets and resource allocation, support hiring and team development, and establish processes that promote innovation, collaboration, and accountability. The position also requires staying current with cloud, AI, and automation trends to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cloud platforms and architecture (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience designing secure, scalable, cost-optimized environments.
• Strong background in AI, machine learning, or data-driven product development, with practical experience in automation or intelligent platforms.
• Proven leadership and management skills, including team building, performance coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in product strategy, roadmap ownership, and end-to-end delivery of SaaS or technology products.
• Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD practices, and modern software engineering methodologies.
• Ability to manage client relationships, handle negotiations, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Financial and operational acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning for a technology-focused organization.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills, with a focus on clarity and transparency.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
