Role Description The Owner role at FOXY is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India, responsible for overall business leadership and strategic direction. The Owner will define and drive product, marketing, and growth strategies, oversee daily operations, and ensure the app delivers a high-quality, personalized experience to users. This role involves building and leading small, high-performing teams, setting performance goals, and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and ownership. The Owner will manage key partnerships with brands and influencers, monitor financial performance, and make data-informed decisions to scale the business sustainably. Regular collaboration with leadership in NCR/Delhi and the UAE is expected to align vision, resources, and long-term objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading or owning a business, startup, or business unit, with strong strategic and operational leadership skills.
• Background in consumer internet, e-commerce, or beauty/lifestyle sectors, with understanding of social commerce and digital consumer behavior.
• Ability to build, mentor, and manage small, high-performing teams, promoting a performance- and output-oriented culture.
• Strong skills in business planning, financial management, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in product development, customer experience design, or growth/marketing strategy is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including working with brands, influencers, and investors.
• Comfort with high ownership, fast-paced environments, and responsibility for large outcomes; prior experience with ESOP-based roles is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical entrepreneurial experience.
