• Negotiate with airlines, hotels, and other suppliers to obtain the best prices for clients.
• Manage bookings, reservations, and changes or cancellations by coordinating with suppliers.
• Provide travel advice, such as information about visa requirements, travel insurance, and health and safety tips.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all necessary paperwork and documentation.
