Order Processing & Coordination Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and review customer Purchase Orders (POs).
• Coordinate with Production for order planning, scheduling, and timely completion.
• Follow up with Stores for raw material availability and finished goods readiness.
• Coordinate with Purchase for material procurement and supplier follow-ups.
• Work closely with Quality to ensure inspection and documentation are completed.
• Coordinate with Logistics and freight forwarders for shipment planning, booking, and dispatch.
• Track order status, pending activities, delivery schedules, and customer commitments.
• Ensure packing lists, invoices, dispatch documents, and other shipping documents are completed on time.
• Maintain PO tracking reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Take end-to-end ownership to ensure on-time shipment and delivery.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in manufacturing, preferably sheet metal, fabrication, machining, or engineering industries.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of production planning, stores, purchase, and logistics processes.
• Experience in export shipments and shipping documentation will be an advantage.
• Good communication, Excel, and ERP skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer orders and meet delivery commitments.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of every order until it is shipped and delivered.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
