Order Management Specialist (India)

Role Overview:We are looking for an Order Management / Sales Coordinator qualified to manage the complete order lifecycle, from order acceptance to invoicing and closure.Key Responsibilities:- Looking for women empowerment or preferably females- Manage order processing, sales orders, contracts, pricing, invoicing and order closure.- Coordinate with customers, sales, operations, plant, QC, supply chain and finance teams.- Handle dispatch planning, logistics, shipping documentation and material movement.- Manage customer communication, payment follow-ups, PDC/LC documentation and collections.- Monitor production progress, prepare MIS and invoicing forecasts.- Execute purchase contracts and manage end-to-end project coordination, including technical documentation, third-party agencies, inspections and customer approvalPay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per yearBenefits:- Health insuranceWork Location: In person
