Our team architects high-availability retail platforms that process millions of transactions daily across hybrid environments.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end Oracle Xstore solutions—configuring POS terminals, store databases, and integration layers with Oracle Retail modules.
• Customize and extend Oracle Xstore functionality using Java, PL/SQL, and Oracle Forms/Reports to meet client-specific retail workflows and compliance needs.
• Integrate Xstore with Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS), Retail Integration Bus (RIB), and external platforms like ERP, loyalty systems, and e-commerce portals.
• Lead end-to-end testing cycles—unit, integration, UAT—with QA teams to ensure system stability before rolling out to stores across India.
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance of high-volume transactional environments, and document technical solutions for operational teams.
• Collaborate with architects and business analysts to translate retail business rules into technical specs and maintain solution alignment with Oracle Retail best practices.
