Role Description The Oracle DBA Architect role is a full-time position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home flexibility. The individual in this role will design, implement, and maintain Oracle database architectures, ensuring high availability, performance, scalability, and security across production and non-production environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include installation, configuration, and upgrades of Oracle databases, performance tuning, capacity planning, backup and recovery management, and troubleshooting complex database issues. The role also involves setting and enforcing database standards, managing replication and disaster recovery strategies, collaborating with development and infrastructure teams, and providing guidance on best practices to support mission-critical applications. The Oracle DBA Architect will be expected to mentor junior team members, participate in architecture reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement of database operations and processes.
