Oracle Cloud PLM Functional Consultant

Capgemini Technology Services India Limited is hiring an Oracle Cloud PLM Functional Consultant to lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration and implementation of Oracle Fusion PLM and Product Data Hub. The role is hybrid, full-time on Unionsys payroll, with one open position across several Indian cities.

• Gather requirements and perform fit-gap analysis for Oracle Cloud PLM and Product Data Hub (PDH) implementations.
• Design and configure solutions covering Engineering Change Orders (ECO), product change management, item master and BOM management.
• Define and support product governance, quality management and product lifecycle processes.
• Lead PLM integrations, data migration, SIT/UAT and deployment activities.
• Work with Oracle SCM Cloud, OIC, OTBI/BI Publisher and FBDI for reporting, integration and data loads.
• Manage stakeholders and communicate with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Lead implementation activities and guide project teams to successful delivery.

• 10 to 12 years of experience, with strong functional consulting experience in Oracle Cloud PLM.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM, Product Data Hub, ECO and product change management.
• Knowledge of item master, BOM management, product governance and quality management.
• Experience with Oracle SCM Cloud, OIC, OTBI/BI Publisher and FBDI.
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, product engineering or New Product Introduction (NPI) is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, client communication and implementation leadership skills.
• Experience with global implementations and multi-country rollouts is an advantage.
