Operations Manager - Supply Partnerships

Role Description The Operations Manager – Supply Partnerships is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for managing and optimizing partnerships with mobility supply partners, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and relationship management. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, analyzing supply performance data, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and resolving operational issues promptly. The role involves developing operational processes, tracking key metrics, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and contributing to strategic decisions that strengthen the partner ecosystem and enhance overall service reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management, supply chain, or partnership management within mobility, transportation, or related sectors.
• Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking using tools such as Excel, BI dashboards, or analytics platforms.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated capability in process improvement, problem-solving, and implementing operational best practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly.
• Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment in Bengaluru, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, engineering, or a related field; relevant postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in tech-enabled mobility, safety-focused solutions, or AI-driven platforms is a plus.
