Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple greenhouse construction project sites.
• Monitor daily site progress and coordinate with site supervisors.
• Arrange labour, mistris, fitters, welders and contractors as required.
• Coordinate with the fabrication workshop for production schedules and material readiness.
• Manage dispatch planning, truck loading, transportation and material delivery.
• Maintain daily progress reports, manpower records and dispatch trackers.
• Visit project sites when required and resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• Experience in construction, infrastructure, fabrication or project operations.
• Strong manpower management, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across India when required.

Work Location: Bhopal office with outstation site visits as required.
