Operations Manager (India)

• Process Optimization: Design and implement operational best practices to eliminate bottlenecks, reduce waste, and improve overall workflow efficiency.
• Budgeting and Financial Oversight: Manage departmental budgets, analyze financial data to identify cost-saving measures, and forecast future resource needs.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate operational staff, establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track performance and boost engagement.
• Quality and Compliance: Ensure all daily operations and facility management adhere to legal requirements, safety standards, and quality control metrics.
