Operations Executive / Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a mid-level Operations professional with 3–5 years of experience to manage and coordinate operational activities for online academic programmes and non-campus projects under IIT Madras CODE.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities across programmes and projects.
• Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Track tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
• Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation.
• Identify operational issues and coordinate timely resolution.
• Support process improvements and ensure adherence to established procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or programme management.
• Good communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace.

Role Location: IIT Madras, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Employment Type: Full-time
