Operations Engineer - DevOps

As an Operations Engineer, a typical day involves overseeing the smooth functioning of production systems and services, ensuring they meet operational requirements and service agreements. Roles & Responsibilities • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and collaborate with team members to deliver operational and technical objectives.

• Monitor production applications, infrastructure, services, and system health.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents and performance issues.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Develop and maintain Python scripts and automation to reduce manual operational activities.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments.
