Operations Co-ordinator

Are you someone who takes ownership, makes sound decisions, and ensures things get done without constant supervision?

Baker & Grey is looking for a mature, responsible, and proactive Operations Coordinator to coordinate daily operations, manage priorities, and ensure timely completion of commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily service schedules and installation projects.
• Make practical decisions, resolve routine operational issues, and take responsibility for outcomes.
• Follow up with employees, technicians, and vendors to ensure commitments are met.
• Communicate confidently and professionally with clients, including handling difficult situations.
• Monitor deadlines, pending tasks, and job completion.
• Maintain accurate operational records and reports.

Who We're Looking For

• Any degree; 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Professional assertiveness and the ability to handle challenging situations.
• A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently without repeated reminders.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Experience coordinating field teams or technical services is an advantage.

We are looking for someone who takes responsibility—not someone who merely passes messages or waits for instructions.

Job Details

Location: Padivattom, Edappally, Ernakulam, Kerala

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:15 PM (Flexible working arrangements may be considered based on individual requirements and operational feasibility)

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
