Operation Manager for Restaurant Sector (Raniganj)

Description:We are seeking a energetic and experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee our multiple restaurant operations.The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving growth across our outlets. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of restaurants ensuring efficiency and service excellence. Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and best practices. Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control measures. Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve operational targets. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards. Drive customer satisfaction and handle escalations effectively. Work closely with senior management to plan expansion and business growth. Requirements: Bachelor’s/ Master degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management 5–7 years of experience in the restaurant/hospitality sector, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities. Proven track record in operations, cost optimization, and customer service. Location: Raniganj, able to move Asansol & Durgapur as per the requirement Employment Type: Full-Time
