Job Summary

ADA Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager to manage end-to-end BPO operations, lead large teams, achieve business targets, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage domestic voice, non-voice, back-office, sales, and collections operations.

Lead Operations Managers, Team Leaders, and frontline teams.

Monitor KPIs, SLAs, productivity, quality, and operational performance.

Drive revenue growth, sales targets, and collection efficiency, as applicable.

Manage client relationships, business reviews, and escalations.

Prepare MIS reports and analyze operational performance.

Plan manpower requirements and coordinate with HR and recruitment teams.

Implement process improvements, cost optimization, and quality standards.

Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and data security standards.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.

MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.

Required Experience

812 years of experience in BPO, contact center, or operations management.

35 years in a senior operations leadership role preferred.

Experience managing large teams, Team Leaders, and Operations Managers.

Proven ability to achieve business targets and improve operational performance.
