Role Description The Operation Head | Prowrrap is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities across procurement, sourcing, logistics, and distribution. This role leads cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflows, timely deliveries, and adherence to quality, cost, and service standards. The Operation Head will monitor operational metrics, analyze performance data, and implement process improvements to optimize supply chain efficiency and customer experience. They will manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to support customization, made-to-order, and white-labeled product initiatives. The role also involves budgeting, resource planning, compliance with operational policies, and contributing to strategic decisions that support growth and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Operations Management experience, including process optimization, supply chain oversight, and end-to-end execution.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting data, tracking KPIs, and making evidence-based operational decisions.
• Proven Team Management capabilities, with experience leading diverse teams, driving performance, and fostering collaboration.
• Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with internal stakeholders, external partners, and manufacturing units.
• Practical Budgeting skills for managing operational costs, resource allocation, and financial planning.
• Experience in B2B procurement, logistics, or export operations is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in operations, supply chain management, business, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
