On Field OOH Marketing Person

BBM is looking for an energetic and result-oriented On-Field OOH Marketing Executive to drive business for our Outdoor & OOH advertising solutions.

The role involves meeting businesses, agencies, brands, and potential clients, pitching BBM’s OOH media inventory, generating leads, and converting them into campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit potential clients and businesses on a regular basis.
• Generate new leads for OOH advertising campaigns.
• Pitch BBM’s billboards, hoardings and outdoor media solutions.
• Meet marketing teams, business owners and advertising agencies.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable media locations.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Coordinate with the internal media and sales team.
• Maintain regular client follow-ups and relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and client meetings.
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Prior experience in OOH, advertising, media sales, real estate, telecom, FMCG or B2B sales will be an advantage.

Compensation

₹25,000/month + attractive performance-based incentives.
