Offline Marketing & Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for two profiles Offline Marketing & Digital Marketing

Role & responsibilities

• Plan and execute ATL campaigns (print, radio, outdoor, cinema, TV).
• Execute BTL activities including kiosks, roadshows, society activations, and corporate tie-ups.
• Organize project launches, exhibitions, broker meets, and customer events.
• Manage branding, hoardings, site branding, and promotional materials.
• Handle vendor selection, negotiation, and performance.
• Prepare and monitor marketing budgets.
• Support lead generation with sales teams.
• Conduct competitor and market research.

Digital Marketing

• Plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
• Manage campaign budgets to maximize lead volume while maintaining target CPL and ROAS.
• Drive qualified lead generation for residential, commercial and plotted developments.
• Develop high-converting landing pages, lead forms and digital funnels.
• Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Track KPIs including Leads, CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR and Conversion Rate.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance dashboards.
• Optimize website performance and landing pages through A/B testing.
• Work with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to ensure seamless lead flow.
• Manage digital agencies, vendors and campaign execution.
• Stay updated on AI tools, automation and emerging digital marketing trends.

Desired Skills

• Expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of lead generation strategies.
• Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM and Google Search Console.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing and marketing automation.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
