GeoRankers is an AI searchlir visibility platform helping B2B SaaS companies understand how their brands appear across ChatGPT, Google AI Search, and Perplexity.

We are looking for an Off-Page SEO Specialist who can build relevant, high-quality backlinks through strong research, personalized outreach, and genuine industry relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify relevant websites, blogs, newsletters, and resource pages in SaaS, marketing, SEO, AI, and startup categories
• Create targeted prospect lists based on relevance, website authority, organic traffic, and content quality
• Conduct personalized email outreach for guest posts, link insertions, resource pages, expert contributions, and partnerships
• Explore broken-link building, digital PR, and journalist outreach opportunities
• Coordinate guest-post topics and content requirements with the internal team
• Track prospects, responses, follow-ups, published links, and pending opportunities
• Monitor acquired backlinks to ensure they remain active
• Share monthly reports covering outreach activity, response rates, backlinks acquired, and key learnings

Monthly Expectations

• Conduct at least 100 relevant outreach attempts
• Secure approximately 8–10 quality backlinks, with a minimum expectation of 5–6
• Prioritize contextually relevant websites, generally with a Domain Rating of 25 or above
• Focus on genuine editorial backlinks instead of directories, profile links, or low-quality placements

Required Skills and Experience

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in off-page SEO or link building
• Experience with manual backlink outreach and relationship building
• Strong written English and email communication skills
• Understanding of guest posting, blogger outreach, competitor backlink analysis, and broken-link building
• Ability to evaluate a website beyond surface-level SEO metrics
• Familiarity with Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, or similar tools
• Robust research, negotiation, organization, and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of monthly targets

Experience working with B2B SaaS, technology companies, or early-stage startups will be an advantage.
