Position: OAM Engineer

Experience: 3–8 Years

Locations: Bengaluru (Manyata) / Delhi NCR

Qualification: BE / B.Tech

Domain: Telecom / Wireless / 4G / 5G / LTE

Mandatory Skills

• Strong programming skills in C/C++
• Hands-on experience with NETCONF Protocol
• Expertise in O-RAN O1 Interface

Preferred Skills

• FCAPS (Fault, Configuration, Accounting, Performance, Security)
• FM/PM/CM (Fault, Performance & Configuration Management)
• TTCN-3

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, debug, and deploy 4G/5G OAM software systems.
• Work on O-RAN O1 interface, FM/PM and CM modules, and associated data models.
• Develop and maintain OAM solutions for RAN and Core networks.
• Work with multi-threading and multi-processing architectures on Linux.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, build environments, and containerized deployments using Docker/Kubernetes.
• Work with NETCONF, YANG, SNMP, ASN.1, XML, JSON, YAML, HTTP(S), and Kafka.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and drive high-quality delivery.
• Support large-scale 4G/5G OAM development, sustenance, and customer support programs.
