Job Description

We are looking for experienced OAM Developers to design, develop, test, debug, and deploy Operations, Administration, and Maintenance (OAM) software for 4G/5G telecom networks.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, debug, and deploy 4G/5G OAM software systems.
• Develop and test OAM modules for RAN and Core networks.
• Work with O-RAN O1 interfaces and Fault, Performance, and Configuration Management modules.
• Work with network management protocols, YANG data models, and related interfaces.
• Develop multithreaded and multiprocessing applications on Linux.
• Work with build environments, Makefiles, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Participate in software testing, integration, debugging, and customer support.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

• FCAPS (Fault, Configuration, Accounting, Performance, and Security Management)
• FM / PM / CM modules
• TTCN-3
• YANG data models
• ASN.1, XML, JSON, YAML, HTTP/HTTPS, SNMP, and Kafka
• Python and object-oriented programming concepts
• Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
• Experience delivering and supporting 4G/5G OAM products

Screening Criteria

Candidates must have relevant telecom/wireless experience, strong C/C++ skills, NETCONF protocol knowledge, and hands-on experience with the O-RAN O1 interface. Immediate to 15-day notice period candidates are preferred.
