Hr Recruiter Bulk Hiring (HR Intern (Talent Acquisition))

Key Responsibilities

•

Manage End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the full recruitment lifecycle for open tech and business support roles.

•

High-Volume Candidate Outreach: Source, screen, and conduct 100-150 outbound calls daily to prospective candidates.

•

Interview Coordination: Own scheduling and logistics of interviews between candidates and internal hiring managers.

•

Candidate Experience: Drive proactive communication, collect feedback, and maintain smooth candidate pipelines.

•

Data & Pipeline Management: Maintain real-time, accurate records of screening outcomes, call statuses, and interview schedules.

•

Job Portal Utilization: Leverage platforms like Apna, Naukri, LinkedIn, and referrals to build strong candidate pipelines for bulk hiring.

Compensation & Perks

Base Stipend: 7000 / month,Permanent work from Home

•

Performance Incentives: Additional rewards based on successful closures and joining ratios.

Requirements & Qualifications

•

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication with a confident, clear, and professional phone presence.

•

Organizational Ability: Strong multitasking capability with high attention to detail for managing calendars and bulk interview drives.

•

Recruitment Tools Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Apna, Naukri, and other job portals for sourcing and bulk hiring.

•

Work Ethic: Ability to consistently manage high-volume recruitment under strict deadlines.

•

Experience: Prior exposure to bulk hiring for field officers, support staff, or similar nonIt roles preferred
