L3 NOC Engineer – Routing & Switching | SD-WAN

Key Responsibilities• Provide L3 support for enterprise network infrastructure and NOC operations.

• Troubleshoot complex Routing, Switching, and WAN issues.
• Manage and support SD-WAN environments.
• Handle Incident, Problem, and Change Management as per SLAs.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major incidents.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers for escalations and resolution.
• Monitor network performance and ensure high availability.

Mandatory Skills• Routing & Switching: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS

• Layer 2/3 Networking: VLANs, STP
• SD-WAN: Cisco, Meraki, Viptela
• Enterprise Network Troubleshooting & NOC Operations
• Firewalls, VPNs & Network Security

Valuable to Have• Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA)

• AWS/Azure Networking
• ITIL knowledge
