Job Title : Senior Manager / Head - Brand, Content & Communications

About the Role

Neuberg Diagnostics is looking for an experienced Brand & Communications leader to build and lead its Brand Centre of Excellence (CoE). The role will be responsible for driving brand excellence, integrated marketing communication, corporate communications, content strategy, creative governance, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute overall brand strategy and maintain brand guidelines across all businesses.
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital, PR, Events).
• Develop and manage integrated content strategy including patient education, doctor communication, and social media.
• Lead corporate communication strategy, including media relations, PR planning, and crisis communication.
• Lead creative development process and ensure consistency across customer touchpoints.
• Own organic social media communication and implement a Maker-Checker-Approver process.
• Mentor the brand, content, and social media teams.
• Build scalable marketing processes and campaign approval frameworks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, and Medical Affairs.
