Network Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Network Support Engineer to join our team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network support, particularly in L2 and L3 VPN technologies, and experience working in a NOC environment. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity and performance of our network systems, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage network performance, ensuring optimal operation of all systems.
• Provide L2 and L3 support for VPN issues, troubleshooting and resolving connectivity problems.
• Collaborate with other technical teams to implement network solutions and upgrades.
• Document network configurations, changes, and incidents to maintain accurate records.
• Assist in the development of network policies and procedures to enhance security and efficiency.
• Respond to network alerts and incidents in a timely manner, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support as needed.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Network Support Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of L2 and L3 VPN technologies.
• Familiarity with NOC operations and incident management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
