Network Security Engineer

As a Network Security Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing security solutions to safeguard our network systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement network security architectures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and VPNs.
• Monitor network traffic for suspicious activity and respond to security incidents.
• Configure and manage security devices such as Palo Alto firewalls and Fortinet solutions.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate risks.
• Stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies to enhance our security posture.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in network security technologies, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
• Experience with Palo Alto and Fortigate firewall configurations.
• Knowledge of networking protocols such as BGP and OSPF.
• Familiarity with cloud security practices, particularly in AWS environments.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP and NSE are highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
