Network operations Leader

Role Overview

The Network Operations Leader will oversee nationwide Network Operations

(NOC), core network infrastructure, and high-availability connectivity for

global enterprise clients hosted across private, hybrid, and public cloud

environments. This role ensures sub-second latency and zero-downtime performance

essential for virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) and digital workspace delivery.

Key Responsibilities

NOC Leadership: Drive end-to-end 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC)

governance, incident management, and proactive monitoring across Indian and

global delivery hubs.

Architecture & Performance: Oversee network architecture, SD-WAN, enterprise

routing/switching, load balancing (ADC), Network Access Control (NAC), and VPN/ZTNA

gateway infrastructures.

SLA & Uptime Management: Maintain 99.98% network availability across client

environments, minimizing packet loss and latency affecting VDI/EUC end-user

experience.

Security & Compliance: Enforce network security policies, firewall configurations,

perimeter security, and compliance alignment with SOC2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA standards.

Team & Vendor Governance: Lead a team of network engineers, architects, and L1–L3 operational leads; manage OEM and telecom vendor relationships and SLAs.

Key Technical & Functional Requirements

Core Expertise: Enterprise Routing & Switching (Cisco, Juniper, Arista), SD-WAN, Palo Alto/Fortinet Firewalls, F5/Citrix ADC, NAC (Cisco ISE / Aruba ClearPass).

Cloud Networking: AWS VPCs, Azure ExpressRoute, GCP Cloud Interconnect, Transit Gateway architecture.

Protocols: BGP, OSPF, MPLS, IPsec VPN, VXLAN, ZTN
