### Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in the **Direct Selling/MLM industry** to lead our business operations and growth strategy. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing operations, developing business strategies, driving distributor growth, and leading teams.

### Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day business operations.
• Develop and execute business growth strategies.
• Oversee compensation plans and distributor development.
• Plan and conduct seminars, training programs, and business events.
• Lead marketing, branding, and PR initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams.

### Requirements

• Minimum **5+ years of experience in the Direct Selling/MLM industry** (Mandatory).
• Experience in leadership roles such as Operations Head, Business Development Head, Strategy Head, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of compensation plans, distributor lifecycle, and field operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

### Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience working with a reputed Direct Selling/MLM company.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to scale operations.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and an effective team leader.
• Existing network within the Direct Selling industry is an added advantage.
