Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyse and solve complex issues and to efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on security incident reporting.
  • Must be flexible and able to quickly adapt to change and prioritize tasks and responsibilities.
  • Manage technical workload and engage senior technicians and management.
  • Maintain solid working relationships, including collaborative technical activities with peers.
  • Experience in a security operations environment (limited security Event Management responsibilities), or in-progress formal information and network security training, or completed CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network+, or SANS GISF.
  • Fortinet Firewall Experience Preferred.
